All withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours. VIP withdrawals are usually processed in less than 48 hours.
When requesting a withdrawal via check or bankwire please allow another 5 to 10 business days before the check is delivered to you or the funds reach your account.
You may initiate your withdrawal request in the Casino Cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as only one transaction may be processed daily or weekly, depending on your choice of method.
Note: Withdrawal methods may not be combined to process your withdrawal request.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $20.00 for our e-wallet solutions, $50 for a check, and $1000 for a bankwire.
The maximum monthly limit for any withdrawal is $5,000.00. Payments above $5,000 will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per month in accordance to casino policies.
For example, a $11,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in the first month, $5,000 in the second month, and $1,500 in the third month.
If you have a withdrawal pending and want to cash out more winnings, please cancel the withdrawal by visiting the Cashier and request it again for a higher amount.
Our 24/7 customer service will gladly assist you with the cancelation of a withdrawal and replace it with a new one of a higher or a lower amount.

Express check withdrawals can be requested from the Casino Cashier once you log into your account. Checks can be sent to any customer in any part of the World. The first check of the month (or every 30 days) is free of charge. Any other check you request within this time frame will have a deduction of $50 from your withdrawal request to cover processing costs.
The Casino Manager will contact you to confirm the information we have on file before sending your check. When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your check arrive after your withdrawal has been approved.

Wire transfers can be processed for amounts greater than $1000.00 You may place your withdrawal request using this method by visiting the Cashier section in the Casino. Your bank details MUST be on file in order to process the Wire. If you haven´t submitted a recent Security Form with all the supporting documentation, we recommend you to do so as soon as you can.
