6. How do I switch from playing for fun to playing for real?
When you decided you've practiced enough and are ready to play for real, switching to real money mode is quick and easy. 2. I've downloaded the software but now what do I do?
You should see a file on your desktop named "VegasLuckyInstaller.exe". Simply double-click the file and follow the installation instructions.

3. I can't seem to find the file that I downloaded. How can I locate it?
If you are unable to locate the file on your desktop, you can find it by going to the start button and selecting "search --> find files or folders". In the Search field type "VegasLuckyInstaller.exe", make sure that the "local drives" option is selected in the "look in" field, and then click "find now". After the file is found, simply double-click it and follow the installation instructions.

4. What is the "Desktop"?
Desktop is the term used to describe the background area on your computer monitor. When all your programs are minimized, what you are looking at is the Desktop. You should see icons towards the top left corner for "My Computer," "Recycle Bin," and any other programs your system may have pre-installed.

5. How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply double-click Vegas Lucky's icon on your desktop and then click the "new account" button. After filling out the required information , click "create", and you will be ready to log in to your new account.

Yes. Your account information is protected by our software's state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption technology and will always be kept completely confidential.

7. I keep getting a "Required information needed" error when trying to login. What do I do now?
If you have not yet created an account, you will need to do so before you can log in and begin playing. If you already have an account and are getting this error, most likely you have mistyped either your user name or your password. First, make sure that your caps lock key is turned off, then, double-check the spelling of your username and retype your password. Remember, although your username is not case sensitive, your password is, meaning lowercase and uppercase characters must match your original password entry exactly. If you are still having problems logging in after these steps, please contact customer support and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
